Chat message history is retained based on your subscription plan (up to 90 days for paid plans). Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

• Slack: For message routing and team communication.
• Convex: For backend data storage and real-time functionality.
• Dodo Payments: For subscription billing and payment processing.
• AutoSend: For transactional and marketing emails.

The Foxchat widget uses local storage to maintain visitor sessions. The dashboard uses cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
