Foxchat is a live chat widget that allows website owners to communicate with their visitors in real-time through Slack integration. The Service includes a dashboard for configuration, an embeddable widget for websites, and backend infrastructure for message routing.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Foxchat offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Free trials do not require a credit card. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Designerdada and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designerdada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
